Salt----- as taste
Red chili powder----- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder----- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder----- 2 tbsp
Quorma masala----- 1 pack
Gram flour----- 5 tbsp
Red chili flakes----- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds powder----- 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder----- 1 tbsp

Method:
Take a bowl and add all the spices to it. Mix it frequently and save the fish masala in a container in the winter season.
