Potato 1kg
Onion 1 (chopped)
Cumin seeds 1 tea sp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Salt as taste
Red chilli powder 1 tea sp
Turmeric powder 1/4 th tea sp
Coriander powder 1 tea sp
Yogurt 1 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbl sp
Chilli sauce 2 tbl sp
Oil 1 cup
Tomato 2
Method:
Take oil in a pan and warm it. Then add chopped onion in it fry it 2 mins. Add tomato and all the spices in it and cook 2 mins. Add yogurt and potato in it and cook 5 min. Add acup of water and cover the pan for 15 mins at low flame. The potato curry are ready and serve in a serving dish.
