What is paye?
Paye is also called trotters or feet of a cow, buffalo, or goat. The soup of trotters is so much beneficial for health. In winter, it is recommended by doctors for the relief of chest infections. Trotters is a traditional food in Pakistan or also say its a desi food. Trotters have too many nutrients, minerals, and proteins. There are many ways of preparing trotters. Some peoples make trotters as soup, and some make curry.

Ingredients:
- Paye (trotters) ----- 4 (cutted in pieces)
- Salt ----- as taste
- Red chili ----- 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ----- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder ----- 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder ----- 1 tsp
- Garlic ----- 2 flower
- Onion ----- 2 medium
- Cumin seeds powder ----- 1 tsp
- Garm masala ----- 1 tsp
- Oil ----- 1 cup
- Water ----- as required
- Coriander leaves ----- for garnish
Take a pressure cooker and add trotters, salt, red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garlic, onion, and 4 cups of water, cover the pressure cooker and cook for 30 mins. After 30 mins, open the pressure cooker, almost the water becomes dry then add oil, cumin seeds powder, garm masala and cook for approximately 10 mins. Add 2 cups of water and cover it with a lid for 10 mins. The delicious trotter is ready for serve. Place the trotter in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy it with nan.
