Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
- Mince (any like chicken, mutton) 1kg
- Salt as taste
- Red Pepper 1 tea sp
- Garm Masala 1 tea sp
- Ginger and Garlic paste 2 tea sp
- Black Pepper 1 tea sp
- Egg 1
- Roasted Black Gram (bhuny chany) 3 tbl sp
- Coriander Leaves few
For Gravy:
- Ginger and Garlic paste 2 tbl sp
- Onion (large) 1
- Salt as taste
- Red Chilli powder 1 tbl sp
- Turmeric powder half tea sp
- Coriander powder 1 tea sp
- Tomatoes 2
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Garm Masala 1 tea sp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
Place all the ingredients of meatballs in a chopper and chopped them. Now make the meatballs of this mixture in small sizes and fry it until it becomes light golden. For making gravy add oil to a pan and warm it. Then add onion, ginger, and garlic paste in it, and fry until it becomes light golden. Then add all the spices and tomato paste in it and cook 5 mins. Then add yogurt and fried meatballs in it and cook for 10 mins. Add 2 cup water for gravy and cover it for 10 mins. The meatballs are read and serve in a serving dish. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and garm masala.
