Ingredients:

Egg ----- 12

Milk ----- half kg

Oil (desi ghee) ----- 2 tbsp

Sugar ----- 5 tbsp

Method: 

Take a blender jug, and add eggs, milk, and sugar. Blend it well. Take a pot and add this mixture to it. Turn the flame on and cook it for 15 mins. The milk and sugar water becomes dry then add oil and cook for 10 mins more. Add the almonds or dry fruits which you like to eat. Enjoy with tea or as a sweet dish after dinner. The delicious egg halwa is ready for serving.
