Chowmein
It is a Chinese dish most eaten by teenagers in Pakistan. It is invented by the northern Chinese people. It is a stir-fried dish made with vegetables or also in chicken. There are too many methods of making chowmein. The addition of sauces give a good taste. It is not a healthiest diet but with vegetables, it becomes some percent healthy. The children who don't eat vegetables, vegetable chowmein is good for them. They can eat chowmeins with vegetables and get some calories. Chowmeins are noodles-like. The national food of Chinese is noodles.
Ingredients:
Chowmein ----- 1 pack
Chicken ----- 250 gm (boneless)
Carrots ----- 100 gm
Peas ----- 100 gm
Cauliflower ----- 100 gm
Capsicum ----- 100 gm
Soya sauce ----- 5 tbsp
Chili sauce ----- 5 tbsp
Vinegar (white) ----- 5 tbsp
Salt ----- as taste
Oil ----- half cup
Water ----- 2 glass
Black pepper ----- 1 tsp
Chowmein masala ----- 1 tsp (chowmein pack contain masala too )

Take a pot and add 2 glass of water, and turn on the flame. Cook until it becomes boiled. Add the chowmein in small pieces and boil for 10 mins. It becomes softened then drain off the water and place the chowmein aside. Take a pan, add oil and fry all the vegetables and chicken at low flame for 5 to 10 mins. Then add salt, chowmein masala, and black chili, and mix it well for 5 mins at low flame. Then add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, white vinegar, chili sauce, and cook for more 5mins. In the end, add boiled chowmein and remaining 3 tbsp of soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and mix well, cook for 5mins at low flame. The delicious chowmeins is ready for serving. serve it in a serving dish. Enjoy it with sauces and ketchup.
