The Pakistani side order dish is raita which is prepared from yogurt. Yogurt is the main ingredient of raita. There are many ways of taking yogurt with food. Green raita is also one of the types of side dish which is prepared with yogurt. Green raita has too many benefits if we take it on regular basis.
Benefits of Green Raita:

Ingredients:
Yogurt ----- half kg
Coriander leaves ----- 1 bunch
Green chilis ----- 5 to 6
Salt ----- as taste
Method:
Take a bunch of coriander leaves of coriander and wash it. Cut it and take a grinder jug, place these coriander leaves in it. Add a few drops of water like 4 to 5 tbsp, salt, and green chilis. Grind it smoothly. We make this raita in motor and pestle too. But if you have a jug and grinder then use them. Take a jar and add this paste to jar, and freeze it for further use. Take a bowl add yogurt in it and whisk it with a hand whisker then 1 tsp of coriander leaves paste in it and mix well. The delicious green raita is ready for serving with dinner or lunch. Enjoy it with every kind of food especially every type of rice.
