Mix Vegetable Pakory

This mixed vegetable pakora is the most delicious and special recipe in Ramzan. The children which don't like vegetables, this recipe is special for them. Must try this, your children like it and enjoy it. Must try and give feedback. 



Ingredients:

Carrot ----- 2 large 

Potatoes ----- 2 large 

Capsicum ----- 2 large 

Cabbage ---- 1 cup 

Gram flour ----- 3 cup (small)

White flour ----- 1 cup (small)

Onion ----- 2 large 

Salt ----- as required 

Red pepper ----- 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves ----- 1 bunch 

Turmeric powder ----- 1 tsp

Coriander powder ----- 1 tsp

Baking powder ----- 1 tsp

Baking soda ----- 1 tsp 

Carrom seeds ----- 1 tsp 

Water ----- half cup 

Oil ----- for frying 

Method: 

Grate all the vegetables with the help of a grater. Take a bowl and add all the grated vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, potatoes, onion, carrot), spices  (salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, baking powder, baking soda, carrom seeds, cumin seeds, red pepper), gram flour, and white flour. Mix it well. Then add water and make a thick paste. Take a frying pan, add oil, and turn on the flame. Add the mixture in small quantities in a round form. Fry it until it becomes golden brown. Enjoy it with ketchup and sauces.
