Sauce
The sauce is a liquid or semi-liquid substance which can be taken from food or which can be cook. Thea tradition of taking sauce with food was started from Europe. Now, in Pakistan its a trend of taking sauce with every type of meal. There are many methods of making sauce or you can say there are many types of sauces. In Pakistan, the most favorite sauce is mint and coriander, and tomatoes sauce. But in adults, mayo sauce is also common. Young ones always want some spicy foods so they also use spicy sauces with that type of foods. Sauces can enhance the taste of food.
Mayo Sauce
Ingredients:
Mayo ----- Half Cup
Yogurt ----- 1 Cup
Red chili flakes ---- 2 Tsp.
Kashmiri Red Chili powder ---- Half Tsp.
Salt ----- as taste
Lemon juice ----- 2 Tbsp.
Method:
Take a bowl and add mayo, yogurt, kashmiri red chili, red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice and whisk it continuously. The mayo sauce is ready to serve with a meal. Enjoy it.
