Egg Pakora

Egg is the most healthy food for all the peoples of all ages. Consuming egg every day can complete your daily calories. For childrens and teen agers it is necessary to take a egg daily. For iftari, egg pakora is very healthy. It can complete your calories which were burn in your fast. 



Ingredients:

Egg ----- 5 

Gram flour ----- 5 tbsp 

Salt ----- as required 

Red chili ----- 1 tsp

Cumin seeds ----- 1 tsp 

Carom seeds ---- 1 tsp 

Baking powder ----- 1 pinch 

Baking soda ----- 1 pinch

Water ----- as required 

Oil ----- for frying 

Method: 

Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili, carom seeds, cumin seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and water for making a thin paste. Its consistency will be like a honey. Mix it well after adding water. Then take a sauce pan, add 2 cups of water, egg and 1 tsp salt for boiling. Turn on the flame. When boiling starts then note the time and boil it for 10 mins at medium flame. When the egg becomes boil. Then place the egg in normal water for 5 mins then peel off it and cut the eggs into 4 pieces. Each egg have the 4 slices. Now take a pan and add oil, when the oil becomes warm then add egg in the oil by dipping in the paste of gram flour and fry it until it becomes golden. Enjoy it with sauce and raita.
