Chicken Tandoori Sandwich

Sandwiches is always the best thing for the childrens or young ones. It's also a good idea for iftar too. People enjoy it in iftar with limka or any sharbat. Must try this recipe and give feedback. I will upload the limka recipe too as soon as possible. 





Ingredients:

Chicken (boneless) ----- 250gm 
Mayonnaise ----- 2 tbsp 
Ketchup ----- 2 tbsp 
Tandoori masala ----- 1 tbsp
Salt ------ as required
Turmeric powder ------ 
Red chilli powder ----- 1 tsp 
Yogurt ------ 2 tbsp 
Cumin seeds powder ------ 1 tsp 
Oil ------ for fry 
Bread ----- 4 slices 
Mozzarella cheese (crush) ----- 4 tbsp

Method: 

Take a bowl and add washed boneless chicken, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, tandoori masala, yogurt, cumin seeds powder, and oil in it. Mix it well and marinate for half hour. After half hour, take a non stick pan, add 1 tbsp oil and chicken. Cook for 15 min at medium flame. The chicken becomes tender. Then add ketchup, and mayonnaise in it. Mix it well. Take a bread slices and add chicken in between two pieces of bread and crushed mozzarella cheese in it. Take a grilled frying pan add 1 tsp of oil and fry the sandwich at low flame until it becomes golden. Enjoy it with the sauces and coke.
