Crunchy Pakory

In Ramadan, Pakoras are most eating food in Pakistan or I can say it is the traditional food in ramadan. I already share pakoras recipe but this one is amazing. You must try and give the feedback. 



Ingredients:

Gram flour (besan)  ----- 2 cup
White flour (maida)  ----- 1 cup
Potato ----- 4 
Onion ----- 3
Salt ----- as required
Red pepper ----- 1 tsp
Black pepper ----- half tsp
Carrom seeds ----- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds powder ----- 1 tsp 
Baking Powder ----- half tsp
Baking soda ----- half tsp
Kasuri methi ----- 3 tbsp
Oil ----- for frying 
Water ------ 2 tbsp

Method: 


Take a bowl and crush all the potatoes with grater. Cut the onions in small size. Then add gram flour, white flour, salt, red pepper, black pepper, carrom seeds, cumin seeds, baking powder, baking soda, kasuri methi and 1 tbsp of water. Mix it properly with hands that all the flour combine with grinded potatoes and onion. We can not add the water in it. rest it for half hour. After half hour take a Pan and add oil in it. turn on flame. add one tbsp of water in the flour mixture and mix it well again. when the oil becomes warm the add the mixture in the oil in small amount (round shape, you can add the mixture with hands it will easy for making the round shape pakoras) Cook it until it becomes golden brown. Enjoy it with sauces and ketchup.
