Burger
A burger is a flat round mass of minced meat or vegetables, which is fried and often eaten in a bread roll. One common type of burger is made up of the following ingredients: pork or beef tallow, American cheese, lettuce, tomato slices or mayonnaise. The first official hamburger was created by Louis Dreyfus in 1921, named after his own French word for "burger." In America, food has been developed around this concept for many years. There are also many other variations of the dish. They include Italian Burgers; Asian Burgers; Mediterranean Burgers; Swedish burgers; St. Paul's Hamburgers; Dutch Buns (also known as "Yeast Burgers"); Mexican Burritos (also called Tex-Mex Burgers); Buffalo chicken wings; California Chicken wings; Chicago Dogs; Sesame Street Burgers; Japanese Wagyu Beef burgers; Cajun Steak burgers; Chili's Hot Dog Buns; Kentucky Fried Chicken, among others.
According to one well-known chef who invented it, Louis Dreyfus, a French restaurant owner who opened restaurants in Paris for over thirty years, "I believe that there were about twelve types of burgers in all. He is not sure where they got them from, but he knows they're different from today's version. As you can see, I have taken their names and translated them into English to show them in my book.” [1]
Meat and its preparation The first hamburger recipe was prepared by a man whose name is unclear—perhaps another famous chef. It seems that the original idea was to use ground turkey, pork, and bacon on a bun with some pickled onions. If the menu was changed so that there was no pickled onion, then it would have been referred to as a potato hamburger or something similar to what we know today. Today, almost every fast food chain uses this recipe. When making a burger, the following steps apply: Place the meat cut in half, then shape the pieces into two halves; Cut each piece in half into four pieces; Dip these cuts in fat (usually lard, but sometimes butter), so the meat will brown faster; And finally place them on buns that have holes cut in them. This kind of hamburger is called a hot dog. After eating them, you add ketchup and mustard if you like your meat gooey and delicious. Some people prefer taking meat off sticks or cutting it from rounds, while others choose to take only the strips or rings of meat. Whatever method you choose, remember that the meat must be seasoned beforehand; otherwise, it will be dry and rubbery. How tasty the burger is should depends on several factors, such as how juicy the meat is and whether there are plenty of crisp edges on both sides. To make an even more flavorful hamburger, the meat should be marinated with soy sauce, salt, and pepper; or simply added a slice of ham before chopping it in half. Another crucial factor is using a light-colored bun with large openings at the top. For example, the "Burgers" bun of McDonald's Big Mac and other fast foods are frequently used. To prepare the same kind of sandwich for yourself, follow these steps: Put down the knife, butter, and oil in a skillet (or saute pan) and cook the meat for ten minutes, or until it starts to brown. Remove the meat and chop (cutting with a slicer is better). Add any toppings to the pan. Grill on a hot grill for five to ten minutes per side, or till the meat is tender and the other ingredients have been it released. Then remove the pan from the heat and set aside. Now put the hamburger on the skewer, cut into three parts, then put it back together again. You can either eat it immediately or freeze it to get a second serving.
The taste of Burger is very popular with, consumers. People love burgers because of their delicious flavor, especially when it comes from fresh beef. Other brands sell hamburgers in varieties such as fish, shrimp, lobster and lamb, among others. People also like this product because it is cheap and easy to make, and it can easily satisfy people's tastes. However, a lot of individuals still dislike eating them, mainly because there are too many preservatives in them. Some people think that they should not eat meat or hamburgers made with raw meat and fish. That does not mean that it is bad; however, they should check the ingredients carefully before consuming them. Here, the most important thing to do is to buy meat that is processed in good condition. Also, it’s wise to check the ingredients before buying meat in case the vendor gives misleading information about certain ingredients, according to which the consumer will suffer much.
History According to history, France was once obsessed with selling products that were made in its country due to colonization. French cooks introduced new cuisines such as creole, paties, soups, and petits fours to the rest of Europe. During World War II, people in Germany wanted pork and salami in their burgers to please the Germans, including Hitler himself. Later, when the Americans reached France, they imported their favorite cuisine, adding chili, onions, cheese (especially Swiss and cheddar), jam and preserves, etc. To honor Napoleon Bonaparte, the French government paid taxes and provided food to the soldiers stationed in Paris during wartime. The Germans were amazed and soon, the French government started giving money to Germany with which they could pay for food, medicines, and clothing. Before long, the Germans had become addicted to French comfort food, especially cheeseburgers. This trend spread so quickly to other areas that now everyone wants a sausage on a bun, despite being allergic.
