Sweet Egg Bread Toast with Cardamom Tea ☕

Toast 

Toast is a slice of bread which can be brown by frying in oil. It is rich in vitamins. Sweet egg toast is more healthier than the simple toast because it contain egg. Children also take it in  their lunch box and enjoy. Must follow the recipe and must try. 

Ingredients:

Bread 🍞 ----- plain 1 small 

Egg 🥚 ----- 6 

Milk ------ 1 cup 

Sugar ----- as required

Oil ------ 1 cup 

Methods: 

Take a blender and jug, add eggs, milk, and sugar in it. Blend it for 2 mins. Then take a pan add 1 tbsp oil, dip the bread in the mixture of egg, milk and sugar for 1min in such a way bread becomes soft with milk and properly wet when the oil becomes hot, add the dipped bread in oil and fry until the side become light golden then change the side of bread and fry until the other side becomes light golden. Enjoy it with tea. This recipe is also for the childrens who are school going. They take this bread in their lunch box. 



Tea ☕ 

Tea is most taking drink in the world. There are many ways of making the tea. By adding Ginger, cardamom, cloves, black pepper etc. There are many things which we can add in tea for different purpose but there is i am just telling you the recipe of cardamom tea which is most famous in Pakistan. There are too many benefits of cardamom tea like. 

It can reduce your blood pressure.

Help in loosing weight.

It also helps to clean the kidney, urinary tract. 

Cardamom can improve blood circulation by thining the blood.

Cardamom is good for memory loss persons.

Cardamom increase urination and low the blood pressure.

Ingredients: 

Any tea (Lipton, tapal, vital etc) ----- 1 tbsp for strong tea

Water ----- 1 cup 

Milk ----- 3 cup 

Sugar ----- 2 tbsp 

Cardmom ----- 2 

Method: 

Take a sauce pan, add milk, cardamom, water and sugar in it and turn the flame on. Boil it at medium flame. When the milks becomes start boiling, turn the flame low and cook for 5 mins then add tea in it. And turn the flame medium and cook for 5 mins. Take a cup and tea strainer and strain the tea. Enjoy it with toast.
