Moringa Chicken (suhanjana)

 Moringa have too many benefits on our health. It have vitamin C in high amount more than 7 times to oranges and potassium more than bananas. It is full of iron, calcium, protein, vitamin D, vitamin E, and amino acids. Moringa have not any side effects. Moringa is also used in medicines production. Some health benefits are:

Cooking time: 1 hour
Preparation time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

Moringa (suhanjana) ----- 1 kg
Chicken ----- half kg
Salt ----- as required
Red chili ----- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ----- 1/4th tsp
Coriander powder ----- 1 tbsp
Cumin powder ----- 1 tsp 
Garlic ----- 2 flowers
Onion ----- 2 
Tomatoes ----- 2 (large)
Yogurt ----- 1 pao (250gm)
Oil ----- 250 gm (1 pao)
Water ----- for boil

Method: 

Clean the suhanjana with chaj and filter it. The all sand and other dust will remove then wash the moringa with water and boil it for 5mins the drain off the water and again boil it with another water. Boil the suhanjana with 3 water. When the process was completed then mash it with hand that it becomes mix properly. Set aside. Take a pressure cooker and add onion, garlic, tomatoes, chicken, salt, red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and 1 cup of water. Cook it for 10mins when the whistle start. After the 10 mins, open the pressure cooker and cook for 5min and mix the masala. Then add cumin seeds powder, yogurt, oil, and suhanjana and cook for 15 mins at medium flame. The oil becomes separated from the suhanjana. Garnish it with green chili and coriander leaves. The delicious moringa chicken is ready for serving. Enjoy it with roti or raita.
