In Ramadan, dahi bhaly is the most favorite food for the young ones. There are many methods of making the dahi bhaly. I am telling you the recipe of restaurant style dahi bhaly. you must try the recipe and give the feedback.
Ingredients:
Yogurt ----- half kg
Cream ----- 250ml
Boondiyan ----- 1 cup
Potatoes ----- 2 large
Tomatoes ----- 2 (optional)
White chany (optional) ----- 1 cup (boiled)
Black pepper ----- 1 tsp
Salt ----- as taste
Chat Masala ----- as required
Coriander leaves ----- 1 bunch
Green chillis ----- 2,3
Onions ----- 2 chopped
Papri ----- for garnish
Water ----- as required
Method:
Take a bowl add 2 glass of water and bundi in it and set aside for one hour. it becomes soft. On the other side cut the potatoes in a rectangular form and add water in it and boil for 15mins. Cut the tomatoes and onions in a small shape. Take a blender and add coriander leaves, green chili and few drops of water like 2,3 tbsp and blend it. the chutni is ready. Take a yogurt in a bowl whisk it with a whisker and add 1 tbsp of green chutni in it. Then add black pepper, salt, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, bundi, and chany in it. Mix it well. In the end, add the cream in it and mix. Garnish it with chat masala and papri and enjoy it in iftari.
